Kevin was very helpful and genuine. He picked me up and dropped me off because he knew I was without a car. Even though there were a few things that needed doing before I could take home my new car, he arranged it so that I could take it in time for my husband's hospital appointment. I have recently bought a VW Polo from Kevin at Podium Cars on behalf of my son. I travelled far further than I normally would (70 miles) to view a used car, having been ‘bitten’ so many times in the past. This was because of the way the advert read, and also because of the way Kevin came across in our subsequent phone call, ie honest and straightforward. On arrival, the car was extremely well presented, was as described, and Kevin was extremely personable and helpful. There were no hard sell tactics and I was allowed to look over the car at my leisure, as well as ask countless questions. Having bought the car (how could I not?), I drove it the 70 miles home and it performed faultlessly. It’s a cracking little car. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kevin at Podium Cars and, even given the distance involved, will certainly contact him when I’m next in the market for a used car. He made the whole process, including completing the paperwork, a pleasure (and I have bought many cars over the last 41 years of motoring). The business owner was incredibly friendly and helpful and the range of cars available was great and all looked in amazing condition so he clearly takes time to make sure everything is to the best standard possible. He explained everything about the car regarding the features it had and how to tweak anything. He also helped with getting our tax sorted so we were able to drive away with the car within an hour. All in all a great service.

5* review for Podium Cars (Ford S-Max) - All good!

Bought a Ford S-Max from Podium cars yesterday - they couldn't have been more helpful - patient while I took my time to check the car over, went for a good test drive. There were a couple of very minor issues which they had no trouble addressing, and communication over email, phone and text was easy. Hope I don't have to use the warranty provided!

The handover audit was explained in full and the car was immaculate with one minor issue corrected without question.
